Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Lodi Office Hours
Monday: 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Tuesday: 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. We will attempt to reschedule you at a time that is convenient for you.

Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them to render payment. Any unpaid insurance will then become the responsibility of the patient or responsible party. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
